Vintage Red Royal Staffordshire J&G Meakin Windsong Platter Transferware

Pristine condition. Does not even look like it was used. Beautiful, timeless and classic! This beautiful ironstone piece was made in England by J & G Meakin circa 1960s or 1970s. Featuring a red/pink transferware pattern against a creamy white background, the "Windsong" pattern depicts an ornate floral design encircling the rim of the plate and trailing towards the center. A perfect fit with traditional, modern farmhouse or cottagecore decor styles, this piece makes a wonderful display piece for a wall or plate rail. With its enduring quality and excellent condition, it would also be lovely to use for a special dinner.
