Bagatelle high-waisted, wide-leg deep red velour flares with wide elasticized waistband. No pockets. 100% cotton and made in Canada in the 70’s. With the rich colours and unusual waistband these pants really make a statement! Please note 2 small darkish stains on right hip. Measurements taken flat: Waist: 13”, stretchable to 14” Mid-hip: 17.5” Low hip: 19” Front rise: 13” Inseam: 34.5” Bottom of flare: 11.5”
