Vintage Reverse Painted Glass Asian Scenery Serving Tray Mother of Pearl

Beautiful vintage reverse painted tray with Mother of Pearl or abalone shell insets. Features a nature scene set in Japan. I can't tell what woven frame and handles are made from. Feel like they may be plastic. Measures approx. 11" x 15 3/4". In very good overall condition. May have light surface scratches. Has a few marks to glass under edging brim. Woven sides are intact. Backing cardboard is yellowed, stained and marked.
