Vintage Reverse Painted Lamp Shade

This is a beautiful painted shade. There are some tiny marks that most likely will come off. I do not want to attempt as I do not want to damage it in any way. The diameter is approximately 11.75 in wide and the shade itself stands almost 6 in. The lamp, is it a longer available, shade only (it was not the original lamp)
