Vintage Robe/Caftan With Extra-Long Tasseled Hood and Embroidery (Halloween??)

No tags (hand-made?) so my best guess is this pull-over robe/lounging caftan is rayon or a viscose blend (thin and silky feel). 2 pocket-size openings just below the arms (maybe to get into pockets without having to lift the hem up all the time). Embroidery style ric-rac down the seams. This lovely piece is out of my costume box but I cannot remember where or when I purchased. Please see pictures for measurements.
