Vintage Robert Burns Mohair Plaid Black watch cape. High collar with smooth fabric lining- likely rayon. Silvertone neck clasp in hook style design. Open front design with 2 arm/hand openings on front panels. Self fringed hem. Made in Scotland and approved by the Burns Federation Approx length- 28” plus 2” fringe Vintage condition- does have signs of wear along with a couple thin spots in the weave. Some seam repair has been done.
