Circa 1960, originally purchased in The Hudson’s Bay Co Art Department. Gold painted frame houses black glass, trimmed in gold transfer garland, Center features a Caesar/ Emperor Style Silhouette. Dramatic and Handsomely done. Good condition for its age, showing some gold rub on frame. Original paper and paper label in tact at back.
