Vintage Romanian Frosted Hand Blown Art Glass Vase Bronze Overlay, Signed 90’s

Hand blown frosted glass vase with long handle in swirled tones of clear and blue. Vase measures 9” tall by 5” wide. Faint signature is etched on outside of glass, appears to read FWen or FNen ‘95. Trailed overlay of bronze metal which has deep Patina. No noted chips or cracks to glass.
