Vintage Romantic Royal Blue Rose Dress made sometime between the late 80s early 90s.
I can not even explain to you how stunning this piece is. It's a true modern day version of a Disney Princess dress. When light hits it the colour shifts different blue tones.
ONE OF A KIND
Features exaggerated gathered puff sleeves, criss cross pleating bust details, gathered waist, roushed side front panel with godet and accent bow.
I estimate sizing to be a medium or between 8/10.
