Vintage Romper

Anyone else just 😍 for this romper!? It has shoulder pads AND pockets! No tags so unclear the designer, size or fabric. By feel alone, perhaps a linen/poly blend? The model wearing it is a 9/10 and 5’9. Elastic waistband that stretches to 17 inches. Belt loops are there but belt not included! There are also three tiny pin hole sized marks on front.
