Truly Angelic 👼🏽 - Light & flowy - Drawstrings around the neck & arms - Floral embroidery with a white flower on the chest - Floral lace - Ruffles - Skirt waist band is quite small, delicately work over hips - Skirt has rows of sheer lace - The romper was never worn, has a few rust spots on the arm from being in storage so long - Last picture is the crotch, which does have a safety pin - The skirt has some stains, a stain remover should work fine - Might be handmade, no tags - Can be worn off the shoulders - XS-S
