Vintage Ronson Crown Silver-Plated Table Lighter - Empty NOT WORKING

As is. Beautiful vintage piece of table or shelf decor for a dining room or library office space. Currently empty and not in working condition. I am not sure if this could be restored to working condition or not. Sold as is. Measures 3 inches long and 2.25 inches tall.
