Vintage Rose Pleated Midi Skirt - Size S or M

In excellent vintage condition No flaws to fabric, beautiful rose pink Vintage Size 11 - I fit Small in skirts and this fits well. Could also fit medium it would just hit higher up on the waist. See measurements: Flat measurements: 14” waist 26.5” length Pictured with crop top to show where the waist hits on me as someone who wears a size small in pants/skirts.
