Vintage Rose Print Floral Strapless Dress

In great pre-owned condition. Needs a new hook and eye closure, but zipper works great. This item is vintage so there are some light signs of wear, but no other major flaws. Vintage size 12 but see below for measurements. I would say it is closer to a modern size 8. -pit to pit: 16.5” -hips (side to side): 19” -slight boning -ruffle layers
