This continental fine porcelain tea cup features the "Blue Elegance, Roses" pattern that was part of the discontinued "classic" line of historic fine porcelain china designs produced by the [New] Rosenthal Porcelain (RAR) of Germany (1980s). Cup measures 2 1/2" in height by 3 3/4" in diameter. Saucer measures 6" in diameter. No chips or cracks. Discontinued. Actual: 1999 - 2002.
