Vintage Royal Blue Layered Dress

True Vintage item, beautiful colour, with a midi/maxi fit depending on height. Has pulls and is fair used condition, also has a black mark (might be able to remove, but I always put a pin over it). Has shoulder pads, fits XS-Medium, maybe large. Total length: 42 inches
