Vintage Royal Blue Midi Dress

Chic royal blue midi dress. Good quality, thick polyester fabric - not the kind that gets pulls just from looking at it. Features a deep side slit. Reposhing as it turns out I look like a corpse in this colour. I think it has a lot of potential, beside the obvious lounge dress/nightie/bathing suit cover up. I could see it layered over a turtleneck or a long sleeve mesh t-shirt for a sexy look; with black tights and black knee-high boots; an elegant blazer or a cozy sweater on top… There is some fraying in the back next to the straps (it seems they were repositioned and maybe the fabric got damaged in the process?) I didn’t notice it at first, it’s not terribly obvious in my humble opinion.
