Vintage Ruffle peplum dress

Vintage Mignon International Ruffle peplum dress in ivory cream - Size Vintage 10 (more like Size S) - In Excellent Condition - however there is some surface marks that can be washed out Neutral ivory dress with smocked waist that goes into a peplum look, with attached waist tie. Made in Hong Kong. Balloon sleeve with ruffle wrist elastic. Tonal button loop closure centre front and at wrists. Little brown mark on the side of one button. Black dash mark on right knee area, and minor pink mark under one button at chest. Split side bottom hem with inner skirt lining. Discreet back zipper. Pit to pit = 16" Length from mid shoulder to bottom skirt hem = 44.5" Sleeve length = 25" Skirt length from mid waist band = 28" Waist side to side (not much stretch) = 13.5"
