Vintage Russ Cow Figurine On A Bell 4 Inch Tall Figure Flaw

This item is pre-owned and in used condition. The cow is missing the end of his tail. It has marks, scratches and wear on it. Please see all photos for exact item.  It is approximately 4" tall. The bell base is about 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" in size.
