Vintage SINGER Button-hole Maker Accessory

This sewing machine attachment appears to be in fine working condition. There are 7 different size/styles of button-holes to choose from as can be seen in one of the images. The underside is marked USA with a serial number and the word 'complete'. There is a large flat plate that I've included as well as an image of text from Google Search about this plate.
