Beautiful vintage condition with some nicks and light scratches. The instrument appears to be working but due to the age of the item, I cannot guarantee its accuracy. I recommend calibrating the dial or best intended as a decorative piece. Some light scratching on the glass surface. See photos carefully for condition and measurements.
