Vintage Salvador Teran Aztec Design Earrings

Stunning vintage 1960’s clip on earrings by renowned Mexican artist Salvador Teran. Classic Aztec warrior deity design. Ceramic mask and 14k gold plated intricate headdress. In excellent vintage condition with minimal plating loss on the back of both earrings at contact point with the clips, a common occurrence with vintage clip ons. Springs are tight. These gorgeous earrings show little signs of wear or patina and likely spent most of their life in a jewelry box. Each earring is approximately 1” wide and 1.75” in total length.
