Vintage San Fashion Green and Gold Striped Suit Dress

This dress looks like a jacket and skirt, but it’s a one piece! It reminds me of the 50’s, but is more likely 80’s? It’s got shoulder pads, an elastic waist and is just so neat! The material feels like a tie, sort of silky/satiny.
