Vintage Sashiko Quilted Wall Hanging Naomi January - February Element of Fire Sashiko Style of Quilting Made by Doris Park 2004 The back of the quilt has casing at the top and bottom for rods to be inserted for hanging on the wall. There is also a pocket on the back that contains 3 index cards with information about the theme of the quilt. Naomi is wearing hair sticks which are quite fragile and thin and can be pulled in and out of her hair. When I package the quilt I will push them mostly in so they are protected ( this is how I actually received it myself). You will have to gently pull them out when you unpackage it. I will ship the quilt folded in a box to protect it. It is an amazing piece and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. :)
