These came out in 2006. Norman Rockwell's art was trending early Y2K. Produced by Sherwood brands. Pre-owned in good pre-owned for Y2K tins. Tins start to develop patina, small scratches, etc. over time. The paint for the images on metal can be fragile. I have a bit more Rockwell in my closet. And other vintage decor and clothes.
