I picked up this scarf/ Handkerchief from a vintage shop on Saint Laurent Boulevard in Montréal, that was 60's themed. It is Cotton Ginny from the 80s. Lovely colours, would like nice tied around the neck with a sweater. 21" x 20.5"

Not to be that person but it is from the mid 80s based on the tag. Also Cotton Ginny was started in 1979
