Made in England by Royal Windsor Bone China. Measurements: 4 1/4" tall x 3 1/4" across opening. Condition: This is a true vintage pre-owned item with wear consistent with it's age. ***The gold rim, handle, and base have significant wear. No chips or cracks. Mark on bottom says made in England, maker is illegible.
