McCarthy, Size 25 - Pleated kilt style skirt / short combo - Adjustable leather side buckles Measures approx: (with loosest buckle placement) 13" Waist, and 16.5" length In good condition overall. There is some wear on the leather, and some subtle discoloration on the waist band.
