Vintage Seagram's bartender manual

This is a well used 48 page spiral bound "Bartenders manual by Seagram's. My Grandfather used it at the Royal Regiment Armerey in Westmount Quebec in 1960's. It has stains, tears and writing all over it but still a pretty cool booklet. Bar operations and maintenance are covered, as well as recipes for popular drinks. Although there is no dates, it belonged to my Grandfather and was most likely used in 1950's. Ships packaged in a sealed plastic envelope.
