Vintage casual navy blue button-down dress with black peter pan collar. Has roomy pockets, and the waist can be tightened/ loosened. It has a Sears tag, but the other tag where sizing and material composition is faded. Measures 27"ptp, feels like cotton. I believe it would fit xxl-xxxl, best to compare the measurements to an item you already own and love. Has some wear, a seem rip on the shoulder, and where the string for adjusting the waist sits.
