No size tag, but fits like a small-medium (see measurements for better accuracy). No fabric composition tag, but feels like cotton blend. Soft, not itchy. Has touches of pink and baby blue pattern. Approximate measurements laid flat: Pit to pit: 22" Length from shoulder to hem: 25"
