Vintage Seashell Shaped Brooch

Beautiful seashell shaped brooch, with gold tone metal accents. I believe it is made of resin, but I'm not sure. The base and accents are made of gold tone metal. It is in good condition, there are scratches on the surface and signs of wear. 8t measures approx 2.75in x 1.75in. Please see photos for details and condition.
