Vintage Secretary Dress ❤️

Stunning vintage dress. Excellent condition! No rips or snags. Very small pinpoint mark at hem that actually may wash out and is not noticeable when worn. Light weight satiny fabric. Waist is elastic. Stretches from 11 to 15 inches laying flat. Length from shoulder to hem is 43 inches. Tag says 9-10 please note this is vintage sizing so refer to measurements. Thanks!
