Vintage Seiko Cocktail Watch- pale blue dial and silver tone

Vintage Seiko Cocktail Watch (manufactured in either 1967 or 1977). Pale blue dial with some vintage patina. The case, markers, hands, and band, are all silver tone. The case and band have been ultrasonically cleaned. This is a wind-up watch and has been running and keeping good time for 24hours. A professional service is strongly recommended for all vintage watches. Fits around a 6 3/4 inch wrist. The band can be made smaller with the correct tool. Has a safety chain. This is a special occasion/party watch and must never be exposed to water!
