Vintage Semi sheer gold and black crop blouse shirt with tie

Measurement pit to pit - 19 inches No size but I wear a small/medium or 6/8 usually. More fitted in a medium and looser or a small I’d say. Bought at a vintage store but in amazing condition looks brand new. I bought it for a birthday but never wore it.
