Vintage Sesame Street Clubhouse, Little People Playground & Figures Fisher-Price

Sesame Street Clubhouse (#937 from 1976) is in good condition except that it is missing the tire for the swing (the arms are present). The Fisher-Price Playground base (#2525-from 1986) is also in good vintage played-with condition. Comes with ten figures and a nest for big bird. 4/10 are vintage little people (big bird, boy, girl, dad) but big bird and the boy with hat have a lot of wear (see photos).
