Vintage Set of 2 Jamestown Country Home Dishes - Soufflé Bowl + Oval Gratin Dish

Adorable set of two farmhouse stoneware serving dishes manufactured by Jamestown in the discontinued pattern “Country House”. This pair includes a soufflé bowl and a handled gratin dish; they are produced in Japan circa the 1980’s, and marked “Oven and Microwave Safe”. Each dish displays a country farmhouse style graphics with a barn, pond, ducks, geese, chickens, sheep, cats, flowers, peaches and a lady, with rust coloured trims. The bright pink, yellow, blue, brown and green colours are lovely for spring and summer. Perfect serving pieces for salads, soufflés, casseroles, side dishes, and more!
