I am listing it as a large , even though it may look best oversized on a medium or small. dating this to the 90s era. it zips up the back. fabric has a nice draping weight to it and is semi sheer. held up to the light in one picture so you can see. big accordion pleat details right down the middle and a huge ruffle collar!
