Vintage Sheer Blue Floral Dress Peter Pan Collar Button Up Neck Matching Belt 1970s 70s 1980s 80s This is a very pretty vintage dress. It features a white peter pan collar, button up neckline with faux pearl buttons, tie at the neck, and a matching belt in a beautiful floral fabric. The dress is sheer and I am wearing black underwear to illustrate this. There are some flaws - the hem has come undone on roughly half the hem, there are two faint stains (very difficult to see if you are not looking for them) and a pull on the front of the dress. The cuffs are elastic but have lost their elasticity. The tag has been cut out. Please see all photos.
