Vintage Sheer Double Buttoned Blouse

This vintage blouse is made of a sheer, almost certainly 100% polyester fabric. It has long sleeves with buttoned two-tone cuffs that fold down for extra flair. The front has doubled buttons that are pearlescent, and front pocket and collar/lapel are both accented with the same dark tone as the cuffs. It's very chic in an understated way.
