Vintage mid dress with yellow bell-shaped flowers by Ports International Made in Hong Kong 100% polyester The only flaw is the hook closure is missing at the waist (see photo). It could easily be mended but even without it the belt allows for proper closure. Otherwise, the dress is in excellent vintage condition.
