Vintage Shyde Paris blouse

Pretty Shyde blouse. Black design over an off-white background. Short sleeves with button closure. Scrunching detail in front and long, black velvet strap thatb ties in the back. Size M Pit-to-pit: ~ 21" Sleeve circumference at button: ~ 12" Length from neck to hem: ~ 22" Decoltee ~ 8" No fabric id or care label left, but I believe it is a polyester fabric; fabric has a sheen to it. Blouse is in excellent condition.
