Vintage Signed Folk Art Oil on Canvas Framed Smiling Old Man

This fellow has a twinkle in his eye and a mischievous smile! His warmth leaps off the canvas. Frame 10" x approx 12.25" Canvas (inside frame) 6.5" x approx 8.75" *Frame has signs of damage/chipping at the corners reflective of age. Doesn't affect the overall appearance. Very small bump on the canvas shown in last photo*
