Vintage Signed Hand Painted Russian Black lacquer Floral Brooch Pin Dated 1994 and signed. The hand painted floral brooch is in great used vintage condition but the metal pin is a bit worse for wear ie rough and rusting a bit, still very wearable but I wanted to note this. It is a work of art this floral brooch. Absolutely gorgeous. 2.25” W x 1.5” L
