Vintage Silk with real Gold Thread Stole/Shawl

Beautiful white/cream silk scarf/shawl woven with elephants in gold thread. The gold borders have animals in the trees. The animals are elephants, tigers, horses and deer. Brought back from a "Round the World Trip" by my Great Grandfather in the 1950's. It may have been new when he bought it, or it may already have been old. We just don't know.
