Vintage Silver Ring with Green Stone

Silver ring, vintage. No longer a mark inside but it is silver. Green stone is natural but not sure the stone. Has wear stone and ring but still a unique and beautiful piece. Won't you give this ring another go in life? Too pretty not to be worn. Size 6 3/4 and still considered in good condition.
