Vintage Silver Tone Container Locket Pendant

One of a kind vintage locket pendant. Shaped as a container with a screw on lid. With one bezel set stones (possibly art glass) and dolphins on the rim. In excellent condition. Not stamped. I think it is some kind of silver tone metal, but not 925 sterling silver.
