Vintage Silver toned metal wine corkscrew and soda / beer bottle opener

A playful silver toned metal bottle opener, for wine bottle corks and soda or beer bottle caps. The central post holding the soda bottle opener can move freely upwards when not in use, the piece with the crossarms can move independently from the central post. The metal looks like a plating - silver plated or chromed and there are some signs of rust on the edges of corkscrew, and on the central rod. No maker or country noted.
