Vintage Silver-tone Ring with Blue Sapphire Colour Crystal & Diamond Chips

Lovely size 9 ring. Not sure what the metal is - unclear stamp on the inside of this ring. Montana Blue Sapphire crystal in centre. Filigreed side design. Was a gift so I know little about other than it is approximately 25 years old. One owner and seldom worn.
