Vintage Simon Chang red orange pleated button down blouse w/ peplum

This piece is class! Although I wouldn't consider it a traditional peplum, I think that the way it cinches in at the waist and then softly flares back out with the pleats give it honorary peplum status. The design is incredibly flattering! I think this would wear well in more formal situations but would pair well with a nice pair of jeans. It is tagged as a vintage 8 and I'm listing it as a M.
